4.2 Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with event details and tickets. Please bring valid ID and your ticket confirmation to the event.

4.3 Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 7+ days before the event: Full refund minus processing fees
• Cancellations made 3-6 days before the event: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event: No refund
• Event cancellations by Pour Path: Full refund or credit for future events

5. Event Attendance and Conduct

5.1 Attendance Requirements

• Valid government-issued photo ID required for entry
• Dress code requirements may apply to specific events
• Punctual arrival is expected; late arrivals may miss portions of the experience
• Dietary restrictions must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

• Disruptive, inappropriate, or illegal behavior
• Excessive intoxication or inability to participate safely
• Photography or recording without permission
• Bringing outside food or beverages
• Violation of venue rules or local laws
